Accessibility Statement
ITORO is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we build trust with the ISPs, telecoms and public bodies we serve.
Conformance status
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). It is also designed with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the EN 301 549 standard in mind. We treat accessibility as ongoing work and improve continuously.
What we do to make this site accessible
- Semantic structure & landmarks — proper headings,
banner, navigation, mainandcontentinforegions so assistive technology can navigate the page. - Keyboard operable — every control is reachable and usable with a keyboard, with a “Skip to main content” link and a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Readable contrast — text meets the WCAG AA contrast ratio (4.5:1) in both light and the automatic dark theme.
- Light & dark mode — the site follows your operating-system theme to reduce eye strain.
- Reduced motion — if you set “reduce motion” in your OS, animations are disabled.
- Target sizes — interactive controls are sized for easier activation (WCAG 2.2, 2.5.8).
- Labeled forms & tables — form fields have associated labels; data tables have captions and column headers.
- Text & zoom — content reflows and remains usable when text is enlarged up to 200%.
- Works without JavaScript — the core content and navigation are available even if scripts do not load.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and with common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver. If you use an older browser or assistive technology, some features may behave differently.
Known limitations
- The contact form is temporarily disabled while we finish email configuration — in the meantime please write to support (at) itoro (dot) com (dot) pl.
- Some downloadable PDF documents may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers; we can provide an accessible alternative on request.
Feedback & contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or need information in an alternative format, please tell us — we take it seriously and will do our best to help:
- Email: support (at) itoro (dot) com (dot) pl
- We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Assessment method
This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out by ITORO using automated tooling (contrast, keyboard, landmark and ARIA checks) and manual review, last updated 12 July 2026.
